Victoria BID
We established Victoria Business Improvement District (BID) by creating an identity based upon that of the previous Victoria Partnership. We devised their marketing strategy, a new website, a quarterly magazine and one-off guides and mapping devices. Launched in June 2010 they provide visitor information and access to business services.
BIDs are business led partnerships that direct funding raised through a local levy towards projects in the public realm, supplementing the role of local authorities. Victoria was the second BID we launched successfully since Paddington BID in 2005, known as InPaddington.
A few household names like Microsoft, House of Fraser and John Lewis Partnership are encompassed by the partnership. They support large-scale developments by landowners like Land Securities, Grosvenor and Network Rail transforming the area around Victoria Station.
